 Traveling exhibition of children’s drawings “Unity in Diversity” attracts new audiences

The traveling exhibition of children’s drawings on the theme “United in Diversity”, including 30 children’s drawings, returned to the NLCM after a successful visit to seven educational and cultural institutions in and outside the city of Sofia.

The opening of the exhibition in front of guests and students at the National Library was the beginning of an exciting journey that embraced many cultural and educational institutions. From the beginning of February to the end of March, the exhibition visited the following places, each for about a week:

  • 75. “Todor Kableshkov” Primary School, Sofia
  • “Sun-1879” National Community Center, Ihtiman
  • “Vasil Aprilov” 38 Primary School, Sofia
  • “William Saroyan” 76 Primary School, Sofia
  • Jewish Cultural Center, Sofia
  • “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” Primary school, Aprilovo village, commune. Upper Malina
  • 49 Primary School “Benito Juarez”, Sofia

The exhibition attracted great interest during its visits to various educational and cultural institutions, sharing the excitement and creativity of young talents. Already during its tour, the exhibition became the subject of inquiries from other cultural institutes outside of Sofia, who expressed a desire to convey the message of “Unity in Diversity” in their communities.
